Please note: Batteries ARE installed and included, however they are from 1998. We have opened a couple of these watches and while they DO tell time (and the Enterprise does circle), the batteries in the watches we tested were too weak to play the theme song. Once we installed fresh batteries, however, they were fine. You (or your jeweler) will probably have to replace the batteries before your watch will be able to play the theme song. If you request it, we will open the box (it is currently factory sealed) and install 3 fresh batteries for a $9.95 charge.
